Your course, delivered one lesson at a time
Write a multi-week course once. medimail sends each lesson to every student on its day, with your audio, and shows you who is keeping up and who has stopped.
No account needed to start building. You sign up when you are ready to enrol students.
How it works
- Write the lessons. A title, the text, and a recording if you have one. Set the day each lesson opens: day 0, day 7, day 14, or any rhythm you like.
- Publish and share the link. Students join with their name and email, or you add the people who have already paid you.
- Each student gets the course at its own pace. Their schedule starts when they press Start, so someone who joins in week three still gets lesson one first.
- Watch progress. See which lessons each student has marked done and who has fallen behind. Students who stop get one quiet reminder.
- A certificate at the end. When a student finishes every lesson, they get a certificate of completion they can print or share.
What a student receives
An example of an eight-week course, as one student would get it.
- Day 0A welcome, and the first practice — open straight away on their course page.
- Day 7An email with lesson two and a link to its recording.
- Day 14Lesson three. If they have not opened lessons one and two, a short reminder later in the week.
- …One lesson a week, each on the same day of the week they started.
- Day 49The last lesson. When it is marked done, their certificate is issued.
Why lesson by lesson
Running it by hand
A spreadsheet of names, a calendar reminder to send each week's email, recordings shared one by one, and no easy way to see who has quietly stopped.
With medimail
You write the course once. Sending happens on schedule for every student, and the progress view shows who needs a word from you.
