medimail stores only what it needs to deliver a course.

Teachers

Your email address, a hashed password, your profile, the courses you write and the audio you upload. Without an account, your drafts stay in this browser and nothing is sent to us.

Each sign-in is logged with its time and IP address, kept for 90 days, so the account holder and the operator can see recent access.

Students

The name and email address used to join a course, when lessons were sent, and which lessons were marked done. The teacher of that course can see this; nobody else can. Students never need an account.

Every lesson email has a way to stop further emails. A teacher can remove a student, which deletes their enrolment and progress.

Analytics

Visits are counted with lytics, a first-party analytics tool, which records visits and whether a teacher was signed in. The key in a student's lesson link is removed from the address bar before analytics loads, so it is never sent there.

The feedback form stores what you write and, only if you give one, your email address so we can reply.
